Thumb League Competition November 22nd!
I got interested in robotics because I like building stuff and problem solving. I also joined because it seemed like a fun afterschool club that I could do with my friends, and I was right. I play trombone and like playing video games, when I have time. My future plans are pretty open right now. I’m thinking about going into a science degree or engineering. I’m thinking about going to either University of Michigan or Kettering. I’m still deciding on most of my plans for after high school, however.
The aspect of coding and building robots is what got me interested in robotics. My hobby is cars. I want to work for GM after school.
I got interested in robotics growing up watching the original Transformers cartoons and programming video games on my grandpa’s computer. For hobbies, I work on practical effects and monster makeup design for movies or live events sometimes. My future plans are to spend time doing at least a little bit of every job/activity that interests me.
I'm interested in robotics because I like building things and programming. I play tennis and competitive archery. I want to go to Michigan Tech for biomimetics.
I became interested in robotics because of my dad. When I was a bit younger we would race remote control cars competitively. I enjoyed building and driving them very much. I learned a lot about tools and parts from that. My hobby is RC car racing. I plan to become a veterinarian. However, my future is not set in stone and I’ve always been interested in robots and how they work.
